Submarine Play-Set. Flat packed hdf board and characters in plywood. Shape and illustrations are inspired by ocean adventurers and “Life Aquatic” movie by Wes Andersson.

I like to hide elements of story telling in the illustrations, details that can spark new story lines within the play. Each character has there own room and job on the submarine.

A large-scale illustration project that also involves designing shapes and planning the construction to bring all the submarine’s rooms to life. A versatile project that challenges a wide range of skills.
