Carlberg Design 

Carlberg Design is started by Gustav Carlberg in 2018.  The company works with Furniture- and Product Design for the private and public market. From first idea to production ready designs.

In 2011 Gustav graduated from Beckmans College of Design in Stockholm. After graduation he started up his first company where he designed and built furniture and interiors for clubs and events. In 2013 Gustav moved to Tokyo for an internship at nendo, and in 2014, back in Stockholm, he held his first solo exhibition called "HEM" at Designgalleriet.

2015 he got the chance to collaborate with IKEA, working with a variety of different product areas. This led to a relocation to southern Sweden.
 
Through the many Client Projects and Studio Projects Gustav has worked with, he has gained a comprehensive understanding of the Design Process and a broad insight in manufacturing technics and limitations. 
 
The Studio is currently housed in an old corner shop in Ribersborg, Malmö.

Design and Product Development of an idea. Often from a brief and in collaboration with a team. but also helping customers realizing early stage ideas that needs to be elaborated and defined. 

Studio Work:
Self Initiated projects. Based on the Studios research and explorations.
